Now powered by Jekyll

As of today, is now powered by Jekyll. I only shipped the new site a month ago, running on Pico. I liked Pico, but as soon as I looked deeper into my list of planned features versus Pico’s capabilities, it was pretty clear it wouldn’t be up to the challenge.

Things like pagination, archiving and sitemaps would all have been much more difficult to achieve had I not updated.

Of course, some of Jekyll’s features became much more attractive too. The lack of server-side processing, the file-naming convention and the developer community are all really nice.
