I build and paint small plastic soldiers.

When not designing software, I'm usually working with miniatures, primarily from Citadel. I have 729 models, with 128 painted and 148 in progress, making my pile of ~~shame~~ opportunity 453. Each model takes 12.2 days on average and my overall completion is 27.7%.
