I build and paint small plastic soldiers.

When not designing software, I'm usually working with miniatures, primarily from Citadel. I have 689 models, with 138 painted and 157 in progress, making my pile of ~~shame~~ opportunity 394. Each model takes 11.9 days on average and my overall completion is 31.4%.
